Mid-to-late September (WWU fall move-in) and June (spring checkout/lease turnover) are the tightest windows to book. Summer overall is the most popular season since it’s the driest stretch of the year.

Two to three weeks is comfortable outside peak windows; several weeks ahead is better during WWU’s move-in/move-out crunches.
